Your mission
Become a part of our Corporate Family as
Training & Client Specialist | 9 months- Support the Training & Client Manager in the training activities of the Distributors, both existing distributors through a continuous training program and new distributors. As a Training & Client Specialist and after a train-the-trainer program, you should be able to provide training to Distributors with very limited support from the Training & Client Manager. This would include organizing his own sessions, trips and agenda.
- Support the Distributors and Sales Agents with the daily requests and incidents. The Training & Client Manager would be required to interact with other FWU employees to offer an educated answer to the client's requests or to redirect the question to the right area.
- Contribute to develop Sales & Training material, mainly by identified training needs and suggesting areas of improvement of the existing training material.
- Identify new business opportunities (mainly through new trainings, new Distributors or identifying product needs). The Training & Client Specialist will not be requested to develop this business opportunities.
- Support FAGS managers in the reporting of commercial activity internally and externally (to distributors). If required, perform the required analysis to understand the client's needs and performance.
