Your mission
Increase Sales volume by ensuring Distributor's satisfaction and trust in FWU Sales proposition including differential product offer, unique investment strategy, transparency, adaptation to distributor needs, outstanding sales tools &  training as part of our USPs.
Ensure these USP reaches the market through a solid and planned marketing strategy.

  • Meet Sales target for existing and new distributors - 
  • Ensure a solid growth, therefore with a high survival rate of the portfolio. 
  • Ensure Distributors receive an outstanding service, focusing on Training & Communications activities.
  • Create strong partnership with the Distributors, especially with Senior/mid-level sales agents. 
  • Act as a reference point for Products and Investment topics. Ensure that FIL investment strategy is spread in an appropriate manner (adequate level of detail, timing) among the relevant stakeholders (clients and sales agents).
  • Ensure the company offers the right material to Distributors and Clients during the whole life-cycle of the contract (Pre-contract phase; adequate product documents; yearly statement; etc.) through the right channels (internal and external). 
  • Define Marketing budget in close collaboration with FAG Marketing Management and the implementation of this budget to maximize the results.
  • Implementation of marketing strategy for the region.
  • Implementing sales-oriented marketing measures.
  • Management of internal and external communication for the region (newsletters, website, social media).
  • Organization of events.
  • Providing content for newsletters.
Your profile
  • Degree in Business Administration 
  • Degree in Marketing would be a plus
  • Relevant position in Sales/Sales Audit or Marketing within the financial/life insurance business
  • Strong team player
  • Good understanding of the financial industry
  • Capable of working together with FAG Marketing on the definition of the Marketing activities, follow up of evolution
  • Capable of developing a solid relationship with distributors
  • Capable of leading projects/discussions with FWU Group Teams
  • English: fluent - is a must
  • Portuguese would be beneficial
